How are the aarora showcase artisan masks different from other COMMERCIAL masks?

Every single one of our masks is unique, made exclusively from handwoven fabric made by artisans in the Kingdom of Bhutan. The fabric is hand cut and sewn by our skilled pattern maker here in the United States. There is no mass manufacturing.

Why does my mask’s pattern look slightly different than the picture on the website?

Each mask is hand cut from fabric that is handwoven—no two masks are alike. Any variation is an indication of the artisan nature of the product.

How do I care for my mask?

We suggest you wash your mask upon receiving it. Hand wash with mild soap or machine wash, gentle cycle in a mesh bag. Hang dry. The textiles were prewashed and will not shrink.

Are the masks protective?

Our face coverings are not N-95 masks, surgical masks, or intended for medical use. However, the mask was specially designed to fit a filter in its inner pocket. It also fits comfortably over a disposable surgical mask. The use of face coverings are not a guarantee against infection or the transmission of viruses or diseases. The mask is intended to be used in addition to practicing all CDC recommendations.

What are your shipping rates?

There is a flat shipping rate of $3.25 for USA, $3.95 for all other countries, sent via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Contact us if you need expedited shipping.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your mask. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at alan@arora-showcase.com so we may remedy the issue.
